For solid wood treads, we usually make 30mm-40mm thickness. If you like glass treads, we will use 10+1.52+10+1.52+10mm or 12+1.52+12+1.52+12mm thickness glass to make it for you. Because the hardness of glass is not as high as solid wood, we usually use three layers of laminated glass to make this glass step to ensure the safety of the stairs.
The balustrade also can be customized, we can make it be glass, stainless steel, solid wood or PVC material. Generally speaking, for round rod guardrails and rope guardrails, we usually use 4mm, 6mm or 8mm for the diameter of the round rods and ropes. For the glass used in guardrails, we can use single glass or laminated glass. Single glass is usually 10mm, 12mm or 15mm thick, and laminated glass is usually 8+1.52+8 or 10+1.52+10 thick. In addition, all the glass we use is tempered glass, and its safety is very guaranteed.
Surface finish: For surface treatment of materials, we usually use hot dip galvanizing or spraying surface treatment for carbon steel. We will use spray surface treatment for solid wood products. The glass can be clear, frosted and tinted. All of these surface finish can be customized based on your request.
